PineConnector Cloud has been retired
PineConnector Cloud ended on 31 March 2026. Find current Edge and Windows VPS setup guidance without using the old Cloud provisioning steps.
PineConnector Cloud was sunset on 31 March 2026 and is no longer offered. Its former prices, bundled terminals and provisioning steps are historical.
Choose your current hosting path
Section titled “Choose your current hosting path”- For MT5 managed by PineConnector, follow the Edge guide. Check its broker-server requirements before creating a connection.
- For a Windows desktop that you or your provider manage, use Connect to a Windows VPS, then Install the MT5 EA.
Cloud and Edge use different setup workflows. An old Cloud remote-desktop address or provisioning email is not an Edge connection instruction. Follow the current guide for the path you choose.
About the old Cloud instructions
Section titled “About the old Cloud instructions”The former broker-latency figures, prices, Portal provisioning steps and remote-desktop instructions applied to Cloud. They do not describe a current Edge connection or a new VPS. Use the current guides above for setup, and confirm any existing provider service separately.
If you used Cloud previously
Section titled “If you used Cloud previously”Sign in to Portal to inspect your account and current connections. For questions about a former Cloud service, billing record or access, contact Support.
Before enabling alerts on a new setup, check which accounts already receive the License ID. Complete the demo test, confirm the intended account and symbol, and check for an unintended duplicate. Do not assume a past Cloud setup or subscription has automatically configured a new Edge connection.
