What's new

The latest features, improvements and fixes across PineConnector.

  1. New

View Experts and Journal logs in Edge

Read your hosted MT5 terminal’s Experts and Journal logs directly in Portal, without opening MT5 or connecting to a remote desktop.

Use Experts to review the PineConnector EA’s processing messages, and Journal to inspect the terminal’s connection and trading messages. Choose dates with the calendar picker to investigate an event and find relevant details to share with Support.

  2. New

Edge opens to all members, with Pro now available

You no longer need to be added to an access list to get started with Edge. Choose an eligible paid plan in Portal, then connect your MT5 account.

Pro is now available at US$199 per month, with up to five connections and five hosted MT5 terminals. Hosted and self-hosted accounts share the plan’s connection allowance.

  3. Improvement

Clearer setup and monitoring in Portal

Several updates make it easier to connect an account and follow its activity:

    • Bridge labels incoming signals as Edge or self-hosted as they arrive, without a manual page refresh.
    • The refreshed broker-server catalogue includes Infinox and DTTVAN servers. Select your exact server from the list; unlisted free-text names are no longer accepted.
    • You can run a test signal from the Edge page. Plan comparisons, region labels and price displays are clearer across Portal.
    • A selected set of non-essential automated emails has been removed.

  4. Improvement

    Clearer account and checkout status

New accounts now show “No Active Plan” until a subscription is purchased, instead of starting an automatic 14-day trial.

Edge checkout asks you to accept the Terms of Service before you confirm. Your acceptance is recorded against the version shown at checkout.

  5. Fix

More accurate instance status and plan controls

Fixed issues affecting connection status, available capacity and account navigation:

    • An instance no longer remains stuck on “Connecting” after its connection drops and is restored.
    • Reactivated Pro plans show the correct five-connection allowance. Portal no longer offers a connection beyond the plan limit, provisions an instance without a free connection, or opens an empty upgrade list at the limit.
    • Edge and Get Edge wait for your subscription access to be checked before showing the appropriate page, including when access has expired.
    • A test signal is refused when an instance cannot act on it, instead of reporting success on an instance that failed to start. Change broker remains unavailable throughout a restart.

  6. Fix

Consistent Edge pricing and payment-card selection

Edge’s monthly prices in Portal now come from the billing system, with plan descriptions updated to match.

Charges now use your current payment card rather than the card saved at signup.

  7. Documentation

  8. NewEarly access

    PineConnector Edge enters early access
